Coal Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform coal sampling and analysis following correct procedures
• Record, prepare, analyze, store, and report sampling data
• Assist with preventative maintenance of preparation equipment
• Work a 7/7 rotating roster of day and night shifts
• Comply with analytical methods, procedures, and SGS Quality Systems to maintain safety

Requirements

• Experience in a semi-manual or industrial hands-on role
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Proven reliability and strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in remote locations
• Open Manual Australian Driver’s License (preferred)
