Coal Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead coal production teams, overseeing cooling, carbonization, loading/unloading, storage, and expedition operations.
• Ensure coal production meets safety, quality, and cost standards.
• Manage daily routines to meet production goals and comply with ArcelorMittal BioFlorestas standards.
• Monitor safety items, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the area.
• Promote team development and foster synergy between production and strategic departments.
• Ensure the correct execution of operational planning and compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio completo).
• Valid Driver's license (Category B).
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Agriculture or a higher education degree in related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in people management.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage change effectively.
• Strong focus on safety and accident prevention.
