About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and act as a key holder for opening and closing procedures
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Train new hires and act as a role model for the team to set the tone for each shift
- Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest needs to ensure superior service
- Manage team member performance and behavioral issues
- Count drawers and finalize daily operations
Requirements
- Customer-service oriented leader with strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Capability to coach and manage team member performance
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager is preferred but not required
