Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to deliver a premium brand experience
• Manage daily commercial activities to achieve sales objectives, including digital services and visual merchandising
• Oversee product journeys, including stock accuracy, inventory management, and product presentation
• Drive business growth by identifying improvement areas based on consumer feedback and data analysis
• Act as a brand ambassador by training the team on product knowledge and Nike initiatives
• Collaborate with store management and headquarters to ensure compliance with brand standards

Requirements

• Passion for Nike and the world of sport
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or a management role
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
