Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations for assigned areas, including inventory, product departments, and sales service
• Supervise, train, and develop staff to support individual growth and team performance
• Execute and maintain high standards for product displays and sales floor presentation
• Communicate promotional information effectively to maximize sales results
• Identify product opportunities and issues based on sales data and customer feedback
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing global and regional plans to drive business results and enhance the consumer experience

Requirements

• 5 years of retail experience
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
