CO2 Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a CO₂ production plant safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and equipment installations.
• Interpret manufacturer manuals to repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams.
• Calibrate analyzers and field instrumentation and assist with troubleshooting control systems up to 600 VAC.
• Monitor process performance and adjust operations to maintain optimal conditions.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, boilers, and valves.
• Collaborate across departments to support operations and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using I/E tools, meters, and instrument calibration equipment.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and processing/cooling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Sciences, equivalent apprenticeship, or related experience.
• More than two years of production operations experience in an industrial environment.
