CO2 Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CO2 plant to ensure reliable, efficient, and consistent production performance
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to sustain operational readiness
• Monitor process performance, adjust operating parameters, and interpret condition-monitoring data
• Document preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using the computerized maintenance management system
• Execute lockout and tagout (LOTO) procedures and comply with all environmental permits and regulations
• Fill liquid bulk trailers and resolve fill zone issues
• Conduct daily plant rounds and perform water tests in cooling towers to maintain control

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating industrial production processes or systems
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams) and schematic wiring diagrams
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform confined space entry
• Availability for extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree from a technical school
• Experience with control and human-machine interface (HMI) software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, or Siemens
• Experience with process and instrumentation
