CO2 Head of Production

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site activities including HSEQ, operations, and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
• Manage and monitor the HSEQ policy to ensure regulatory compliance and zero accidents on site
• Coordinate production and maintenance activities, including Turnarounds (TARs), to optimize cost efficiency
• Oversee the release of produced CO2 in accordance with Food Safety Management procedures (FSSC 22000)
• Manage a team of three, conducting performance reviews, training, and professional development
• Develop and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to the site
• Ensure compliance with Industrial Management Systems (IMS) and ISO 9001/22000 standards
• Investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Process, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment
• Technical knowledge of CO2 or air gas purification and liquefaction processes
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate changing environments
• Fluency in spoken English
