Co-Responder

Responsibilities

• Respond to mental health related 911 calls and provide psychological evaluations
• Provide crisis interventions, referrals, and linkage to resources
• Provide case management services to clients as needed
• Develop crisis-related treatment plans
• Coordinate client medication and medicinal needs with medical professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Assess for mental health holds (M-1) in the community
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing

Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a similar field
• Current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Colorado
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work
• Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations
• Ability to pass CJIS background checks to work alongside law enforcement
• Ability to wear a bulletproof vest for the entire shift
