Co-Pilot & Power Platform Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, operational management, and continual optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform environments.
• Act as the operational owner for Copilot administration, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage Copilot licensing, including assignment, reclamation, and lifecycle optimization.
• Administer Power Platform environments used for Copilot agents, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Implement and manage identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and PIM.
• Monitor platform health, service availability, and usage trends to ensure operational resilience.
• Partner with Microsoft and internal stakeholders (Architecture, CDO, DTIS) to translate roadmap developments into actionable tenant-level readiness.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 platform administration and service governance within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot agents, and Power Platform administration.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform services: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale platform licensing and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft identity and access management tools, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, and PIM.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, specifically using PowerShell.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices and enterprise environment strategy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security and Compliance tooling for risk management.
• Understanding of networking and connectivity concepts relevant to Microsoft cloud services (DNS, firewalls).
• Knowledge of ITIL service management and enterprise service delivery models.
• Experience supporting the adoption and operationalization of AI-enabled workplace capabilities.
