Co-Packer Planner Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into executable production plans for third-party manufacturers (3PM)
• Ensure production plans align with external manufacturer capacities and material availability
• Lead end-to-end planning processes from demand through to delivery
• Coordinate and monitor external co-packers to ensure strict adherence to production schedules
• Maintain constant communication with external providers regarding volumes, timelines, and requirements
• Conduct occasional site visits to external manufacturers to validate progress and strengthen operational relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Supply Chain, Logistics, and Category teams to align priorities
• Identify supply risks and propose proactive solutions to ensure product availability and service levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in production, materials, or supply chain planning
• Experience managing demand forecasts and converting them into production plans
• Experience coordinating with external manufacturers or third-party providers (3PM)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• High level of organizational discipline and operational follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or programming)
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Copilot tools
• Previous experience specifically working with external co-packers or maquiladores
