About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting for a portfolio of approximately 2,000 lots
- Handle daily accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, and fund calls
- Prepare annual budgets and justify annual accounts in collaboration with managers
- Manage agency accounting, including quarterly reporting and fee payments
- Maintain client relations by responding to accounting inquiries from co-owners and suppliers
- Participate in payroll management for building staff
Requirements
- BAC+ 2 degree in accounting
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of co-ownership (copropriété) accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and specialized accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
