Co-Op Student

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assigned departments on various projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and develop solutions
• Gain hands-on exposure to environmental services and vegetation management roles
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects
• Learn and utilize departmental technology
• Network with various teams within the company
• Act in accordance with the company's culture of safety and employee ownership
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Career interest in environmental services, vegetation management, or related industries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
• Strong customer service skills, including rapport-building and active listening

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a current Driver’s Abstract
• Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
