Co-op - Flight Operations - Pilot Learning Experience and Strategy

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital content and blended learning experiences for pilot training and development
• Acquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practices
• Partner and collaborate with learning professionals and business partners to deliver consistent learning experiences
• Contribute to measurement strategies for learning solutions to demonstrate business impact
• Assist in integrating content-related technologies with mobile devices, knowledge management, and technical support systems
• Support the production of quarterly e-learning releases and aircraft systems learning programs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program in a related field
• Ability to commit to three alternating semesters (Fall 2026, Summer 2027, and Spring 2028)
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a multimedia developer, learning designer, or e-learning content creator
• Knowledge of learning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Lectora
• Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies and design environments like SAM or ADDIE
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
