Co-Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
• Coach and develop associates in company selling behaviors to create a high-performance culture
• Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and the full talent management lifecycle
• Resolve customer relations issues and manage associate relations
• Oversee physical inventory processes and implement strategies to reduce shrink
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute sell-down strategies
• Analyze business metrics to create and communicate SMART action plans
• Manage weekly schedules, payroll budgets, and controllable expenses
• Ensure efficient replenishment and maintain store housekeeping and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience, clothing preferred
• Ability to foster exceptional customer service and optimize selling models
• Strong delegation, communication, and performance management skills
• Business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and non-business hours
• Strong time management and organizational skills
