Co-Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading operational execution and driving profitable sales growth
• Coach and develop associates on company selling behaviors to create a high-performance culture
• Manage and resolve customer relations issues
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent management lifecycle
• Lead the execution of company initiatives and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Manage physical inventory processes and implement strategies to reduce shrink
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and replenishment processes are maintained
• Analyze business metrics to create and communicate SMART action plans
• Assist with weekly scheduling, payroll budget, and controllable expenses
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail supervisory or management experience
• Experience in clothing retail preferred
• Ability to coach, develop, and manage staff performance
• Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and non-business hours
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor aligned with brand standards
