About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading operational execution and driving profitable sales growth
- Coach and develop associates on company selling behaviors to create a high-performance culture
- Manage and resolve customer relations issues
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent management lifecycle
- Lead the execution of company initiatives and visual merchandising strategies
- Manage physical inventory processes and implement strategies to reduce shrink
- Analyze business metrics to create and communicate SMART action plans
- Assist with weekly scheduling, payroll budget, and controllable expenses
- Ensure efficient replenishment and maintain store housekeeping and safety standards
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail supervisory or management experience (clothing preferred)
- Ability to coach, develop, and manage staff performance
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent delegation, follow-up, and communication skills
- Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and non-business hours
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor aligned with brand standards
