Co-Manager II

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-in-command to the Store Manager, providing leadership on the sales floor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-quality management and associates to support succession planning.
• Coach and provide ongoing feedback to the team regarding product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Drive store profitability by meeting goals in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Execute strategies to maximize sales and control expenses while ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Manage loss prevention measures to protect company assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of managerial experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit results.
• Experience in training and developing teams of individuals.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
