Co-Manager II

Responsibilities

• Act as second-in-command to the Store Manager, providing floor leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-quality associates and management to support succession planning.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback regarding product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Meet or exceed profitability expectations related to sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Execute strategies to maximize store sales and control operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, loss prevention measures, and payroll expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of managerial experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit.
• Experience in training and developing teams of individuals.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
