Co-Manager II

Responsibilities

• Act as second in command to the Store Manager, providing leadership to drive sales and manage store operations
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-quality management and associates to support succession planning
• Lead by example by coaching the team on product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising
• Ensure an excellent level of customer service through regular assessment and team follow-up
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain sales floor and stockroom organization
• Meet or exceed profitability expectations regarding sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion
• Execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses while complying with all company policies

Requirements

• Minimum two years of managerial experience with a proven track record in driving sales and profit
• Experience in training and developing a team of individuals
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts
