Co-Manager II

Responsibilities

• Act as second-in-command to the Store Manager, assisting with the overall leadership and daily operations of the store.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-quality associates and management to support succession planning.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback regarding product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through regular assessment and team follow-up.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions, and maintain sales floor and stockroom organization.
• Drive store profitability by meeting goals in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Execute strategies to maximize sales while controlling expenses and maintaining loss prevention measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of managerial experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit.
• Experience in training and developing teams of individuals.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
