Co-Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to leadership and associate staff
• Identify and create plans to enhance employee productivity and performance
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and resolve escalated complaints
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment and shrink control
• Identify hiring needs and conduct interviewing, hiring, and training for store staff
• Motivate and develop associates to meet long-range career growth plans
• Execute strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of functional experience
• Experience leading projects and people
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues
• Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and various software packages
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and handle physical tasks, including moving items up to 40 lbs.
