Co-Living Turnover Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turnover processes including patching, sanding, priming, and painting
• Diagnose, perform, and bill for approved residential repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance such as smoke detector checks and HVAC filter changes
• Perform quarterly property walkthroughs to assess common areas and exteriors
• Communicate clearly with residents regarding maintenance updates and expectations
• Maintain tool inventory and upload receipts for supply reimbursements
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant maintenance or residential building experience
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with climbing stairs, ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or co-living environments
• EPA certification
