About the Company

10x Value Partners is the think tank and investment firm established by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We focus on value investing across a number of asset classes with a focus on technology start-ups and impact investing. We specialize in industry roll-ups, having created 10 companies in the last 4 years, many of which have raised significant follow-on funding.

Responsibilities

• Take co-founder level responsibility for running an innovative, VC-driven tech company
• Lead M&A/transaction execution and/or operations/value creation work streams
• Run the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets
• Build, lead, and motivate an energetic and results-oriented team
• Identify opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

Requirements

• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or as a senior manager in a venture-backed tech startup
• Deep industry expertise suited for a roll-up model
• Experience in origination, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions
• Outstanding degree or MBA from a top university
• Proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
• High comfort level with analytics and data-driven decision making
• Fluency in English
