About the Company

Konduit is building the rails for real-time insurance capacity allocation, acting as the Stripe for underwriting capital. Backed by Aviva and incubated by Founders Factory, the venture connects innovative MGAs with insurers via a standardized, intelligent platform to transform underwriting from a manual bottleneck into a dynamic marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Act as Konduit’s industry anchor with MGAs, carriers, reinsurers, and capacity providers
• Bring firsthand knowledge of underwriting workflows, delegated authority models, and capacity allocation
• Unlock design partners and shorten sales cycles through existing industry credibility
• Translate industry processes and constraints into clear product requirements
• Pressure-test product assumptions using firsthand market experience
• Help shape company messaging, positioning, and category narrative

Requirements

• Deep experience with delegated authority, program business, and capacity placement
• Proven network across senior levels at MGAs and capital providers
• Background as a former MGA CEO/COO/CUO or senior executive at a carrier, reinsurer, or Lloyd’s syndicate
• Strong understanding of underwriting workflows and capacity allocation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating capacity constraints in the US E&S market
• Strong opinions on insurance industry inefficiencies and structural improvements
