About the Company

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You will be leading Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform designed for small-to-mid CPA firms.

Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution
• Refine ICP, pricing models, and product positioning
• Lead customer development and pilots with managing partners at CPA firms
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship and iterate on V1
• Lead the seed raise and fundraising efforts
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in close processes, tax preparation, and client accounting services
