About the Company

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team on early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas
• Define the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning for validated opportunities
• Lead customer development, pilots, and build the go-to-market motion
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship V1 and iterate based on feedback
• Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising rounds
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Generalist foundation in a key startup discipline such as sales, tech, product, design, or marketing
• Relevant domain expertise or industry advantage
