Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead its execution
• Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
• Lead the seed raise and develop investor narratives
• Recruit and lead the founding team

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market
• Fundraising fluency and ability to close capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments
• Hands-on experience in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows
• Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs
