About the Company

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You will be leading Maestro, an AI-native inventory-planning intelligence venture designed for SMB operators managing physical inventory complexity.

Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead its execution
• Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer development and pilots with VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship and iterate on V1
• Lead the seed raise and develop investor narratives
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market and sales
• Fundraising fluency and ability to close capital
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to merchandise planning, inventory management, or multi-channel retail operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vertical AI or early-stage capital markets
• Strong understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
