About the Company

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You will be leading Reclaim, an AI-native denial management and revenue recovery venture targeting the mid-market healthcare segment.

Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution
• Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders to build go-to-market motion
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship and iterate on V1
• Lead the seed raise and recruit the founding team

Requirements

• Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management
• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Understanding of fragmented billing systems like Tebra, eClinicalWorks, or Availity
