About the Company

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You’ll co-create with a proven studio team of founders, operators, and designers with experience bringing software to market at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution
• Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers and build the go-to-market motion
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship V1 and iterate on feedback
• Lead the seed raise supported by FutureSight's network
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, sales, and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Direct experience in ecommerce (operating a multi-channel business or building tools for sellers)
• Network within the ecommerce seller community (Amazon, Shopify, 3PL partners)
