About the Company

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You’ll co-create with a proven studio team of founders, operators, and designers with experience bringing software to market at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define the ICP wedge, pricing model, and product positioning
• Expand from internal design partners to external users and build the go-to-market motion
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship and iterate on the product
• Lead the seed raise supported by FutureSight's network
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, sales, and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to the creator economy, marketing tech, or knowledge work tooling
• Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs
