Responsibilities

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution
• Refine ICP, pricing models, and product positioning for freight and logistics
• Lead customer development and pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship V1 and iterate based on feedback
• Lead seed fundraising efforts supported by FutureSight's network
• Recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market and sales
• Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, or transportation
• Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs
