CO and PFEP Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze part number master lists for the implementation of Engineering Product Changes (XO) and Pre-series activities.
• Assure shop address assignments for new parts and interchanges between production streams.
• Support the deployment of material flow steps, ensuring all processes are completed before due dates.
• Analyze PFEP master reports to identify necessary kanban and pre-serial changes.
• Coordinate with the PFEP team to follow up on requests submitted by the MRG team.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Change Overs and PFEP processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, Purchasing, and Materials.
• Document Engineering Product Change results and follow up on scheduled leader pilot units.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics.
• Proficiency in drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of IMS and Shoptech systems.
• Strong understanding of material control, inventory, and process engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level.
• Strong soft skills in communication, negotiation, planning, and conflict management.
