CNS/Neuroscience, ADHD Territory Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals and targets on a quarterly and annual basis
• Execute territory business plans and call plans aligned with national objectives
• Engage customers (HCPs and staff) via face-to-face, virtual, or phone communication
• Analyze market dynamics and local trends to adjust business strategies
• Utilize resources such as speaker programs and payer access tools to drive utilization
• Maintain thorough understanding of disease states, treatment approaches, and competition
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access
• Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits to build brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience
• Experience in specialty sales (Neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry) preferred
• Strong account-based selling skills
• Knowledge of strategies to pull-through local formulary wins
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty sales specifically within Neuroscience or ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry
• Understanding of the prior authorization process
• Experience partnering with healthcare providers on manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs
