CNC Turning Setter & Programmer

Responsibilities

• Create turning and 2D milling programs and execute them on the machine
• Define turning process steps, select appropriate tools, and determine optimum machining parameters
• Perform precision machining work with accuracies of 5 Microns or less
• Maintain machine equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet production goals

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working with Mazak Turning, Turn-Mill centers, or Integrex
• Expert knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth G controllers
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Decent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an injection molding tool room
