CNC Turner

Responsibilities

• Operate various CNC machines and conventional lathes to process diverse wear parts
• Program and set up CNC machines independently according to technical requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision in manufacturing
• Perform quality control by measuring machined parts with appropriate tools
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace following 5S methods and safety policies
• Work according to Lean principles to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience or vocational training as a CNC Turner or similar role
• Extensive experience with Siemens controls; experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience operating conventional machines
• High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and result-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation system and perform overtime if necessary
