Responsibilities

• Operate TRUMPF Punch to cut sheet metal from 18ga to 11ga
• Set up and adjust tooling for features specified in CNC programs
• Maintain sheet metal punch or similar CNC equipment
• Sharpen tooling using powered grinding equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and tool selection per Operation Manuals
• Enter completed quantities into the company data system
• Champion a "Safety First" culture and adhere to all PPE protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating sheet metal punches or similar CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, and diagrams
• Strong understanding of shop math and units of measurement
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
