CNC Programmer/Machinist

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce high-quality aerospace components
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with Fanuc G-code programming and machine setup

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience programming and operating CNC lathe machines
• Experience working with aerospace-grade materials such as Inconel and aluminum
• Proficiency with inspection equipment including calipers and gages
• Knowledge of precision machining techniques and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
