CNC Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines used to customize sheets of glass
• Adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain precise tolerances and specifications
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and templates
• Identify defects including chips, cracks, or dimensional inaccuracies
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance to ensure smooth system operation
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products

Requirements

• Prior CNC experience or a strong technical aptitude for CNC machinery
• Physical ability to perform activities requiring use of arms and legs, including lifting, climbing, balancing, and handling materials
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within the glass industry
