CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machining centers, turning centers, or hand operation centers to produce hydraulic and electrohydraulic components
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine required dimensions and tolerances
• Read and operate inspection equipment to ensure product quality meets ISO work instructions
• Perform necessary tool changes and adjustments to maintain part quality
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and cycle counting
• Pack finished parts properly to prevent damage during handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machinist Technical Degree/Certification or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using fractions and decimals
• Computer literacy and ability to operate electronic equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
