CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machining centers, turning centers, or hand operation centers to produce hydraulic and electrohydraulic components
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine required dimensions and tolerances
• Use inspection equipment to ensure all products meet quality standards and ISO work instructions
• Perform necessary tool changes and machine adjustments to maintain part quality
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and cycle counting procedures
• Pack finished parts properly to prevent damage during handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machinist Technical Degree/Certification or 2-4 years of related experience and training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
• Proficiency in basic mathematics, including the use of fractions and decimals
• Computer literacy and ability to operate electronic equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and communicate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP Systems
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
