CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Punching and Robotic Bending machines
• Manufacture precision components for LV & MV switchgear systems
• Adjust machine settings, including speeds and feeds, based on technical drawings
• Load and unload materials while ensuring dimensional accuracy
• Perform detailed quality inspections against 3D models and engineering drawings
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machinery issues
• Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly teams to meet production targets
• Maintain accurate machine settings, maintenance logs, and production records

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong CNC programming, operating, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Proven experience working with sheet metal fabrication processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or certification in CNC, Welding, or Automation
• Knowledge of GD&T and material specifications
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
