About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment according to production specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Utilize G-Code knowledge to support machine operation and troubleshooting
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Experience working with G-Code programming
- Familiarity with WorkNC software
- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SNK-RB4, DC4, Makino KE55, or Okuma MA-630VB equipment
