CNC Operator - Spin Former

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Spin Former machines safely and efficiently to form metal around Rubber Packing Seals
• Load programs onto machines and make necessary adjustments to meet customer specifications
• Perform precise product inspections and measurements using tools such as Calipers and PI Tape
• Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) protocols and wear all required PPE
• Maintain machine housekeeping and daily maintenance using 'Five S' Lean concepts
• Set up various components including A-Lips, Teflon tops/bottoms, and Wear Sleeves
• Complete productivity reports and track product movement

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 lbs
• Proficiency in English (reading, understanding, and communicating)
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and perform repetitive motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous CNC knowledge or machining experience
• Specialized technical training or certification
