CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Work with CNC Lathe and Mill machines
• Read and translate Drawings and CAD Models
• Work with CNC programmer to maintain tolerances
• Reduce non-conformances found by Quality or Engineering
• Provide improvement ideas on batch sizes, setups, and tool selection
• Track calibration and maintenance of all equipment and tooling

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with CNC operation on Lathe and/or Mills
• Basic knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret Drawings and GD&T
• Basic math skills including decimals, fractions, and conversions
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to work C Shift (Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 3:30pm)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with G-code or CNC programming basics
• Previous experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, or routers
• Exposure to ISO or AS9100 quality environments
• Ability to edit CNC programs
• Experience using Siemens, Fanuc, and Celos Controls
