CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of machine setting including fixture set up, alignment, and tool setting
• Set work coordinate systems, loading, and measurement
• Prove safety and accuracy of programs through simulation, dry runs, and code checking
• Conduct in-process part inspection and measurement
• Support Research and Development tasks as required

Requirements

• Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy materials
• Problem-solving skills for machine troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Manual turning and milling experience
• Previous experience in aviation, motorsports, or defense industries
• Computer literacy with comfort using smartphones and tablets
• Experience working in a fabrication or machining environment
