CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned CNC machinery to maintain production schedules and optimal performance
• Ensure all produced items meet strict quality control requirements through regular inspections
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part setup
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• Ability to push/pull objects up to 30 pounds and handle small objects with dexterity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy, and physical production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous machine operation experience
