CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment and CNC machinery
• Conduct quality control checks on produced items to ensure precision
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and adjustments to address complex machine issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
• Utilize required gaging instruments for accurate measurements
• Maintain cleanliness of work area according to 5S standards
• Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
• Complete all necessary production documentation accurately

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar CNC operating role
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering specifications
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret work instructions
• Proficiency with gaging instruments and measurement tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (1:45pm - 10:00pm)
