CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain CNC Machines to produce products to desired specifications
• Install glass and other door components
• Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all doors
• Stage doors for production or shipping
• Assist finish department teams to ensure high quality finished products
• Maintain organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the door area
• Ensure production areas are properly supplied

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Safe working practices
• Detail-oriented with ability to read orders accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior woodworking experience (router, miter saws, table saws)
• Prior cabinet manufacturing or trim carpentry work
• Knowledge of exterior doors
