About the role
Responsibilities
- Run and maintain CNC Machines to produce products to desired specifications
- Install glass and other door components
- Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all doors
- Stage doors for production or shipping
- Assist finish department teams to ensure high quality finished products
- Maintain organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the door area
- Ensure production areas are properly supplied
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Safe working practices
- Detail-oriented with ability to read orders accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior woodworking experience (router, miter saws, table saws)
- Prior cabinet manufacturing or trim carpentry work
- Knowledge of exterior doors
